Culture Day 2025

Culture Day 2025

We have had a brilliant day celebrating the diversity across our school, where the children, parents and staff proudly shared traditions from around the world.

We wore clothing representative of our cultures, played and listened to music, shared food, took part in a Culture day fashion show and watched performances. Classrooms transformed into mini‑countries, each offering activities that highlighted unique customs — from traditional dances and storytelling to songs and language lessons.

A huge thank you to the Luton Irish Forum for supporting us throughout the day. Orla, Keeli and Angel were engaging and the children loved learning about Irish culture, particularly the Gaelic football sessions.

The day brought the whole school community together, helping children appreciate different cultures while discovering the values we all share. As traditions and cultures were shared, the children showed deep respect and dignity for one another’s identities; recognising the God‑given worth in every person. The day encouraged children to value differences, listen with curiosity, and treat each other with kindness — living out the belief that every individual deserves to be honoured and appreciated.

We look forward to celebrating it again next year!
