Pupil Voice

Pupil Voice play a vital role in ensuring all our children are listened to and have a voice.

The Election Process

To educate our children about the British voting system and democracy a polling station is set up for all children to make their all-important vote. Votes are then counted and representatives are announced to the whole school as part of a celebration.

Pupil Voice Update

This term Miss Meek were lucky enough to have some fantastic candidates join the Pupil Voice team. The children involved in Pupil Voice have been dedicated to their role throughout this term by attending regular meetings, being involved in discussions and putting their ideas forward. Pupil Voice have thought of a bank of ‘Fun Friday’ activities which are ready to roll out at different times throughout the year to make school and fun and uplifting place to be. Anti-bullying week was a success. Pupil Voice had thought of a different morning activity for each day of the week where children thought about what made a good friend and how they could be one. Pupil Voice children also set up ‘Friendship Friday’ where every child received a gift from another in their class. This was a great success for the children and also the staff who had their own ‘Friendship Friday’.

Pupil Voice are busy preparing for the next events where our focus will be on recycling.
